Why are menu icons and buttons missing?
Note: This topic applies only if you use the Microsoft® Windows® Internet Explorer® browser. Although Ceridian My Records supports Microsoft Windows Internet Explorer, for a better user experience, Ceridian recommends using either Mozilla® Firefox® or Google® Chrome®.
Change the Internet Explorer browser setting for menu options, if either of these problems occur:

Menu icons no longer display correctly.

Buttons on the product page are rearranged or missing.
To change the Internet Explorer browser setting for menu options
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click Tools (or
) Internet Options.
- On the Internet Options window, click the Security tab.
- On the Security tab, click Custom level....
- On the Security Settings - Trusted Sites Zone window, scroll down the list to Font download.
- Click the Enable radio button for Font download.
- Click OK.
- Click OK.
- Close the Internet Explorer browser, and the reopen it.
