Notification Settings
Use the Notification Settings page to manage how Ceridian My Records notifies you when your documents are ready for your review. You can select from the following options:
- Send an Email - If you select this option, when a document is ready for your review, you will receive an email notification that you can view or download the document.
- Do Not Sent an Email
Although the My Records administrator sets the default, you can change the default settings to suit your own preferences.

To change the email notification setting for a document
Available documents

You can control how My Records notifies you when the following documents are ready for review, as applicable:
- W-2
- W-2C
- 1095-C
- Check - If available.
- DDA - If available.
Note: Depending on your company's configuration, some of these document types may not be available to you.
Refreshing the view

If you changed the document settings but didn't save your changes and you want to view the original settings, click Refresh.

To change the notification setting for a document

- Navigate to the Notification Settings page.
How?
Do one of the following:
- On the Home page, click Notification Settings.
- On the navigation panel, click Administration
Notification Settings.
- On the row containing the document, click one of the following:
- Send an Email
- Do Not Send an Email
- Click Save.
A confirmation message appears.
