Why doesn't Help open for pop-up windows?
If the Help doesn't open when you click the Help icon on pop-up windows, the Pop-up Blocker tool in your Internet browser may be on and is preventing the Help from opening.
When the Pop-up Blocker is on, it blocks pop-up windows in both Internet and intranet sites. You can set the Pop-up Blocker temporarily or set it to disable for all intranet sites.
Note: If the Help for a product pop-up window opens behind the window, then you need to change your Internet browser settings. To do this, in the list below, click the hyperlink for the Internet browser you use and follow the instructions.
