Why are menu icons and buttons missing?

Note: This topic applies only if you use the Microsoft® Windows® Internet Explorer® browser. Although Ceridian My Records supports Microsoft Windows Internet Explorer, for a better user experience, Ceridian recommends using either Mozilla® Firefox® or Google® Chrome®.

Change the Internet Explorer browser setting for menu options, if either of these problems occur:

To change the Internet Explorer browser setting for menu options

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click Tools (or ) Internet Options.
  3. On the Internet Options window, click the Security tab.
  4. On the Security tab, click Custom level....
  5. On the Security Settings - Trusted Sites Zone window, scroll down the list to Font download.
  6. Click the Enable radio button for Font download.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Close the Internet Explorer browser, and the reopen it.
