About System Requirements

The following list summarizes the recommended system requirements for Ceridian My Records.

• High-speed Internet connection
• Workstation with 512 megabytes (MB) or more of RAM
• Recommended Minimum monitor resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels

  To avoid scrolling, use a resolution of 1280 x 1024. You can also press the F11 key to use Full Screen mode.

• My Records supports the following browsers:
  • Microsoft® Windows® Internet Explorer® version 11
  • Mozilla® Firefox®
  • Google® Chrome®
• Browser must allow first-party cookies
• Adobe® Reader® 8.0 or later to open, review, and save reports in PDF format
• Microsoft Excel® 2010 or later to save reports in the Excel spreadsheet format
• Email support

Note: My Records is a cloud-based product, and the operating system you use doesn't affect it.
