Benefits of using My Records

Benefits of using My Records include:
- Complete a self-registration process to create your own password.
- Enter authentication answers to security questions to that ensure your data is safe.
- Search for information by type of form or when the form was issued.
- Review or download your W-2, W-2C, 1095-C, check stub, direct deposit advice, as applicable.
- Select to receive an electronic copy or paper copy of your documents. Some restrictions apply, based on the type of forms your employer offers.
- Indicate that you would like to receive an email notification when any of your documents are ready for viewing.

For more information about My Records features, see the online Help.
To open the Help and navigate to a specific Help topic, do this:
- On any page in the task bar, click
.The following information appears:
- Detailed Help for the page.
- On the left side of the page, the Help displays the Help Table of contents (TOC), which allows you to navigate to other Help topics.
- After you read the information, you can close the Help window or keep it open with the product.
